Your Responsibilities
As a network technician, you work to ensure that our customers' network environments function optimally and are secure and well-structured.
You will, among other things:
Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls
Troubleshoot network traffic, communication issues, and performance concerns
Work with WLAN environments, access points, and controllers
Ensure redundancy, monitoring, and capacity planning
Work with network segmentation, VPN, and other security-related functions
Participate in change management and network architecture improvements
Document network solutions and changes
Your Profile
You thrive in a technical role, are curious, and have a genuine interest in networking and infrastructure. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and enjoy collaborating with both team and customers. You appreciate variety and have a drive to develop further in this field.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working as a network technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of switches, routers, and firewall environments
Experience troubleshooting complex networks
Very good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and routing
Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
Meritorious
Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet environments
Knowledge of wireless networks and WLAN design
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix)
Experience with network security, VPN, segmentation, or firewall policies
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
