We are now seeking a research nurse/optician for our operations. As a research nurse/optician, you will work 50% in research and the remaining time you will work at the Eye Clinic as a nurse or optician. Your Role As a research nurse/optician at the Eye Clinic, you will work according to the competency model for research nurses at Akademiska Hospital and will be involved in both academic research studies and clinical trials. The position is not linked to any specific project but is connected to several different research projects. The first step is therefore to get an overview of which studies are ongoing. Your Qualifications • Licensed nurse or licensed optician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Good IT skills and interest in working with various digital systems. • Several years of professional experience and strong interest in clinical research. • Experience in eye care and work in clinical research, as well as training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), are advantageous.
