Attendo is now seeking an Operations Manager for Attendo Råbyvägen, a modern senior living facility with a Sport & Spa concept located in Uppsala. The facility is operated independently under agreement with Uppsala Municipality. The residents at Attendo Råbyvägen are elderly individuals with dementia diagnoses and elderly individuals in need of nursing care. Attendo Råbyvägen has 75 residential units distributed across four floors. Each residential unit has access to common areas with balconies/patios as well as kitchens and dining areas. The concept focuses on health and well-being, offering a varied selection of stimulating activities both individually and in groups. Attendo Råbyvägen features a relaxation area, a fitness facility, a sports bar open during events, activity and game rooms, and a garden for pleasant summer days. As Operations Manager, you and a co-manager will lead the unit with responsibility for daily operations and business planning. You will provide your staff with the best conditions to deliver quality care. We want to and can make a difference with focus on customers, employees, and stakeholders, as well as society at large. Key Responsibilities • Responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and scheduling • Conduct systematic quality and business development • Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations • Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and family members • Manage finances and budgets for the operation • Ensure occupancy in line with budget and established goals • Collaborate with support functions within the organization Who Are You? Your educational background must meet the formal requirements to be a license holder for the operation in accordance with the qualifications listed below. Additionally, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with this target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy, and place the customer at the center. To succeed in this role, you are results-oriented and comfortable with work that requires flexibility and operates in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working toward established goals. You also have understanding and knowledge of finance and can monitor and analyze operational results. We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: • University degree such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or equivalent education, in accordance with requirements from the Swedish Inspectorate for Care Services (IVO) to be a license holder • Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if not trained as a social worker) • At least 2 years of experience in a management position within healthcare and/or social care • Experience with budget work and financial analysis • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Class B driving license Meritorious: • Experience from private care operations • Experience leading operations in development and change • Experience working in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What Can We Offer You?
