You will also have access to a broad range of competence development offered by the HR department. In your role as HR Administrator, you will be part of the administrative group at the department, led by an administrative manager with overall responsibility for personnel and operations. The administrative group provides service and administrative support to core operations in the areas of finance, HR, communication, research education administration, course administration, and study guidance. The HR function currently includes four HR generalists and one HR coordinator who coordinates HR work. Within the administrative group, we work across boundaries between different functions, and therefore you will also work closely with other colleagues in the group and with core operations. Duties As HR Administrator, you will assist the department's HR generalists in ongoing work. Your duties will include managing hourly compensation, performing employment law calculations, issuing certificates, maintaining access lists, and some visitor management. A major task will be managing our assistant positions, where you will independently administer the entire process with support from others in the HR function. The work also involves some filing and archiving as needed. In addition to the above, you will also handle travel bookings in connection with employment matters. Further administrative tasks may also be included in the position. These may vary over time and between different operations. We work in a range of different administrative systems such as Primula, AKKA, W3D3, and Varbi. Qualifications Formal Requirements We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in HR or payroll administration, or equivalent competence that the employer deems equivalent, as well as well-documented and current work experience. You have knowledge of administrative law and labor law. You have good general computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. You have experience with registration in various systems and experience handling large amounts of data/information. You have excellent ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. Personal Qualities As a person, you must be able to work both independently and in a team, have good initiative and collaboration skills, be structured with good organizational ability, and be able to prioritize. Accuracy and the ability to meet and keep deadlines in your work are very important. The position involves many contacts and great importance will be placed on personal qualities and how, through your experience and competence, you are assessed to complement and strengthen administrative work within the department. Desirable/Meriting Qualities Meriting qualities include: Experience working with personnel administration in the public sector, particularly at university/higher education institutions. Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry - Ångström conducts research and education in chemistry. The Department has 270 employees and an annual budget of 300 million Swedish kronor. Duties The project addresses the synthesis of photoactive metal complexes and their application in catalyzing small molecule activation, with components of organic chemistry, spectroscopy, and coordination chemistry. The systems will be characterized using traditional organic as well as electrochemical, photochemical, and spectroscopic methods. The postdoctoral researcher will develop lanthanide-catalyzed transformations. They will synthesize ligands and their metal complexes, perform chemical and spectroscopic characterization of the complexes, and evaluate their photophysical and photochemical behavior. They will write research reports and publications, and present their research results at departmental and group meetings as well as at national and international conferences. The position likely involves mentoring undergraduate students and doctoral students. The main responsibilities for a postdoctoral researcher are to conduct research. Up to Two University Lecturers in Information Technology

Description of the employment area of specialization: information technology. Work duties: Teaching and administration. Teaching includes course responsibility and course administration. Eligibility requirements: Degree with subject specialization from higher education in computer science, information technology or related subject. Pedagogical skills. The pedagogical skills and subject specialization must be relevant to the employment area and the work duties to be included in the employment. The applicant must have completed university-relevant higher education pedagogical education comprising ten weeks or have acquired equivalent knowledge. If there are special reasons, the higher education pedagogical education may be completed during the first year of employment. Documented experience of programming at a university or college, or relevant programming experience from industry, is required. When assessing pedagogical skills, pedagogical quality shall be primarily considered. Scope, both breadth and depth, shall also be given importance. Administrative skills are important for the employment and will be given considerable weight. The skills include overall activity planning and the ability to manage resources in a way that reflects the priorities of the activity as well as the ability to work in a structured manner based on awareness of goals and quality.
