Your Assignment with Us As a property manager for our student housing, you have overall responsibility for your own property portfolio, which includes student apartments and rooms, as well as a share of commercial spaces, preschools, and other tenants. You work to create safe, attractive, and sustainable living and operational environments for our tenants. The role involves comprehensive responsibility where you combine strategic and operational work to ensure long-term sustainable, business-oriented, and customer-focused property management. Student housing is a management area with high pace and great variety. Here you meet tenants from all over the world and contribute to creating a positive living experience during an important period in their lives. Together with colleagues in management, leasing, and operations, you work to develop both our properties and our working methods. As a property manager, you have total responsibility for what happens within your property portfolio. This includes responsibility for the financial and technical development of the properties, planning and monitoring maintenance measures and investments, as well as driving initiatives that contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term value creation. In this role, you are responsible for fulfilling the property owner's responsibilities in a professional, business-oriented, and responsible manner. Additionally, this includes: responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a property portfolio with student housing ensuring good finances through budget work, cost monitoring, investments, and property value development planning, ordering, and following up on maintenance measures, renovations, and minor projects, as well as coordinating external suppliers and contractors developing good relationships with tenants, student organizations, and other partners to create high customer satisfaction ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines, as well as contributing to the development of future student housing. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: a university or college degree in, for example, construction and real estate, real estate economics, property management, or urban development several years of work experience in property management or a related field good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written a B-class driver's license. To succeed in this role, you are solution-oriented, take responsibility, and enjoy combining business acumen with a strong customer focus. You find it easy to build trusting relationships and collaborate well with colleagues, contractors, and tenants.
