Support Pedagogue for a full-time position at Åby group home in Västerhaninge. About the role As a support pedagogue, you will work together with your colleagues in direct work with the residents. Additionally, you will implement and apply Nytida's pedagogical framework and contribute to the development of personalized pedagogy for the residents. This is to support residents in utilizing their cognitive and social abilities, strengthen their self-esteem, and enable a health-promoting life by serving as a role model and motivating them toward wellness.
