Our ambition is to continue growing in the region, which means you will be involved in and drive parts of the company's expansion efforts through acquisitions, integrations, and establishment of new clinics. As Regional Manager at Distriktstandvården, you have a central and business-focused leadership role with full responsibility for the region's results, growth, and quality. You lead through our Clinic Managers and ensure that our clinics have the best conditions to deliver high-quality dental care, good accessibility, and a sustainable operation in the long term. You are part of the company's management group and represent the clinics' perspective in strategic decisions. The role combines operational business support with a clear business development mandate where you drive development, optimization, and long-term capacity planning. Your responsibilities include: Have full responsibility for the region's results, budget, forecasts, and action plans. Follow up on clinics' goal achievement and support and challenge the operations to reach set targets. Drive growth through capacity optimization, patient flows, and treatment mix. Coach and develop Clinic Managers in leadership, structure, prioritization, and follow-up. Lead work on staffing, productivity, and capacity utilization at the regional level. Ensure compliance with care processes, hygiene routines, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Ensure a good work environment and collaborate closely with HR in complex personnel matters. Be a clear culture bearer who builds engagement, responsibility, and professional leadership. Participate in and drive parts of the company's expansion efforts through acquisitions, integrations, and establishment of new clinics. When needed, take on more operational responsibility to create stability, ensure progress, and provide Clinic Managers with the best possible support. Are you the person we're looking for? We would like to see that you have: Relevant academic education in, for example, economics, leadership, healthcare, or another area that the employer considers equivalent. Solid management experience, preferably from operations with multiple units. Documented ability to drive results, budget, and business development with good financial understanding. Experience in capacity management, staffing, and productivity optimization. Experience in coaching and developing managers and employees. Ability and experience in driving change and creating long-term results.
