Together with advisors in labor law and working environment, you will drive city-wide issues and strategies related to the labor law area, including cooperation. You work closely with the city's other administrations in an advisory role, where you operationally support the administrations' HR functions with qualified and consultative support on labor law matters. You will work with, among other things: Driving strategic work, updating, developing and monitoring the procedures and processes that include employer-related issues Monitoring external developments and interpreting and implementing new regulations/laws as they are updated, through training and materials, for example Various types of negotiations, such as dispute negotiations. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone with: Higher education in a relevant area Current and several years of professional experience with labor law matters from municipal operations or other politically governed organization Documented experience and knowledge of labor law regulations Good ability and experience in writing texts and expressing yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Experience/interest in holding seminars/training.
