Are you a collaborative and experienced cybersecurity specialist? Are you driven by making a real difference and impacting society? Then this role might be for you.
About the Position
You will lead and conduct risk analyses and cybersecurity audits. The role also includes supporting the agency's staff in cybersecurity and data protection work, for example through training and follow-up activities in these areas. You will also drive systematic improvement work within cybersecurity. This means identifying, prioritizing, and implementing security-enhancing measures based on the organization's needs and risk profile. You will work both in our agile network organization and in the security line organization.
The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally. We work with continuous analysis and development of our services, which offers exciting security assignments and development opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the development of the agency's IT security architecture. In the long run, this contributes to creating our future digital health data solutions.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working together with others in different constellations. You communicate easily with different types of people and it is self-evident to you to take responsibility for driving your own work forward. You can explain complex things in a simple and substantive way, but also take a step back and view your work from a holistic perspective.
We are looking for you who have:
an academic degree with a security focus or several years of current professional experience in security work
several years of current work experience with cybersecurity within an organization performing activities of importance to society
work experience with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Security Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, and ISO 27000
good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
It is advantageous for the position if you have:
current work experience in cybersecurity work within a government agency and/or within the health and care sector
several years of work experience with data protection and/or security protection within the last five years
certifications in areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar
current work experience with security frameworks/cybersecurity methods such as NIST CSF, CIS18, and COBIT.
