As Operations Manager for Oral Surgery at Eastmaninstitutet, you will lead a highly specialized operation where strategic leadership, business development, and clinical quality work together to provide the best possible dental care. Your Assignment As Operations Manager, you will have a broad mandate to lead and develop the operations based on the clinic's local conditions, while having access to the strength, expertise, and support of one of Sweden's largest dental care organizations. You hold overall responsibility for operations, finance, personnel, and work environment. You lead and develop the clinic in line with Folktandvården Stockholm's goals, strategy, and values. Through engaged, coaching, clear, and trust-based leadership, you create commitment, participation, and the best conditions for your team members to deliver the highest quality care, achieve operational goals, and develop the future of oral surgery together. You are an important representative for oral surgery while working closely with other operations managers to develop specialist and general dental care. The assignment also includes responsibility for the department's specialist education, research, and development. The Oral Surgery department at Eastmaninstitutet consists of approximately 40 employees and receives over 5,000 referrals annually. The clinic is one of Sweden's largest implant clinics with a special focus on advanced dentoalveolar surgery and has close collaboration with Karolinska Institutet in research and education. What You Need to Succeed We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist with specialist credentials, who have experience and interest in leading in a knowledge-based organization. You are an engaged and coaching leader who wants to drive and develop specialist dental care in oral surgery for the region's residents. You are a person with high social competence and who through good communication can unite your team around common and clear goals and contribute to employees having the opportunity to develop and work at the top of their competence. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
