Do you want to bring structure to complex business processes and transform manual workflows into smart automation? Here you'll work closely with the business and build the foundation for scalable digital processes – using BPM, workflow, and AI support as your tools.
About the Role
In this position, you'll analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and transform manual processes involving email, Excel, Word documents, approvals, and handovers into structured digital processes. You'll design forms, decision and approval flows, responsibility allocation, SLAs, and regional or local sub-processes, then build automation that makes the solution clear and practical to use.
AI and agents can complement your work – for example, in reviewing documentation or making automated decisions within defined parameters. However, the core of the role is business process automation: first creating the right structure, then automating it.
You'll become part of an international team working closely with multiple business functions, driving the shift toward more cohesive, efficient, and digital ways of working.
We're Looking for You
You have 3–5 years of experience in BPM, workflow development, or business process automation.
You've worked with one or more workflow, BPM, or low-code platforms and can quickly get up to speed with new tools.
You understand how business, systems, data, and processes interact, and can translate needs into sustainable digital solutions.
You enjoy dialogue with different parts of the organization and are confident challenging, clarifying, and driving requirements forward.
You are structured, curious, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in process improvement and automation.
Experience with AI or AI agents is a plus but not required.
About the Employer
You'll join a global, technology-driven organization operating in industry, digitalization, and automation. The organization is in a growth phase where process automation is becoming increasingly important for creating more efficient, standardized, and scalable workflows.
Here you'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, delivering solutions that impact multiple parts of the organization. The role also offers excellent prospects for developing into a more technical leadership position within process automation over time.
Practical Information
This is a full-time role starting as a consultant position through Xamera, with the goal of permanent hire after approximately one year. The position is based in Stockholm or Örebro, with good opportunities for hybrid and remote work.
