We are currently seeking female personal assistants for an active 6-year-old boy living in Bromma. The client is a 6-year-old boy with autism who lives with his parents in Bromma. On weekdays he attends preschool, and after that he needs a personal assistant by his side. The client is an active and creative boy who enjoys walks and time outdoors in the park. He is playful and enjoys playing with toy trains and Duplo, and has a strong interest in animals, music, and instruments. He has limited verbal communication and uses TAKK and visual supports. He also has a TalkPad to support his communication. You are someone with a big heart and are committed to your work. You are confident, calm, playful, and empathetic. You have great patience and are communicative, with the ability to read situations, signals, and potential risks. Since the client is active and rarely sits still, you need to be able to keep up with his pace. We believe you are self-driven and proactive, and can help the client with a pedagogical and positive approach. We would like you to have previous experience working with children, preferably with neuropsychiatric disabilities. Experience with tube feeding and knowledge of working with TAKK is a plus. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will primarily work with Nordiska Embedded at our Stockholm office. We combine the best of two worlds - at our core, we're a stable, regulated bank paired with a product-tech mentality that thrives on agility, curiosity, and innovation. As Nordiska expands into new markets, onboards new customers, and builds new products and features, you work closely with the Tech Lead and Lead Engineer to set technical standards and ensure that the team's output is robust, scalable, and secure. You'll be an important part of modernizing systems, reducing technical debt, and contributing to system architecture, complex feature development, and code quality. In addition to your technical work, you'll mentor engineering colleagues, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to a high-performing team as we grow. In the role, you will: Drive engineering excellence by defining technical standards, system architecture, design principles, and contributing to the long-term technology strategy. Deliver high-impact features - implementing complex functionality that meets stringent performance, reliability, and security requirements.
