About the Position As a property engineer, you focus on energy optimization and on monitoring and streamlining utility costs in the property portfolio. The work takes place in close collaboration with the operations organization and other technical functions, where you play an important role in ensuring stable, efficient and sustainable property operations. The assignment encompasses a technically complex and varied portfolio in Stockholm, where you have a central role in ensuring functional property operations. The role involves contributing both operationally and long-term to optimizing energy use, improving operational economics and developing the technical performance of the properties over time. Your responsibilities include, for example: serving as internal technical support. collaborating with operations and technical organization and supporting work on tenant adaptations, for example. working on energy optimization both operationally and long-term. driving energy monitoring, evaluation and potential adjustments and ensuring achievement of energy targets. contributing investment proposals and budget documentation. ensuring that technical instructions and operational and maintenance instructions are kept up to date. Requirements: You have: Education as a property engineer. At least 2 years of experience working in the role of property engineer. Experience working with advanced technical systems in properties as well as energy optimization and efficiency improvements. Experience driving technical projects and you enjoy being out in the properties working with technicians. Good system and computer skills and knowledge of ISO 55000. Express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
