We are seeking a male personal assistant for a man in his 70s living in Årsta.
The client is a social and engaged person with a strong interest in music and photography. We are looking for someone with experience in personal assistance who has good physical strength, is calm and secure. We appreciate candidates who are thorough and patient. The client does not have verbal communication, which means you need to be social, attentive, observant, and skilled at interpreting facial expressions. You need to follow the instructions and routines in place as they create a sense of security in his daily life.
The client needs help with, among other things, transfers, dressing and undressing, household tasks, and personal hygiene.
What does the job as a personal assistant involve?
As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, for example dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.
We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day so that a person can live their life as they wish is what we consider the most important job in the world.

can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights.
have experience in care and elderly care. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
Additional Information
Employment Form: Fixed-term for as long as the assignment lasts.
Start Date: By agreement
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
