Team Lead, Fresh Packaged Goods, Willys Stockholm Mariahallen

We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a template, but for who you are. For us, drive and personality matter more than experience and background. Things are going well for us, and we're growing rapidly. Now we're looking for more happy team members with the right attitude and a desire to develop! About the Job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Stockholm Mariahallen! In short, this role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're being prepared to take the step toward becoming a leader at Willys. Position Details: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies Start Date: By agreement Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Secondary education, good command of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility than others on your team, but without having the team lead's full personnel responsibility. Together with your team lead, you lead and plan your team's operations. Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work. You'll learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a team lead role. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team lead or perhaps eventually a store manager? You work with a focus on developing the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You're part of store management and have the team lead's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training. You're a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile. About Us For us, the right attitude and desire to develop matter more than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we believe that really good collaboration delivers the best results—while having fun at work. Here's a bit more about us: We work with concept management and chain operations—there are clear routines and structures in place, which frees up time for you to focus on developing toward becoming a team lead and assisting your team lead with team management. Willys is one of the industry's most successful companies and we continue to grow. And because we're growing, so can you. As a large company, there are many opportunities to develop in your leadership role with us, including various training programs. Read more about what it's like to work with us here. About You You love food, people, and sales as much as we do! Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if: You're junior in your leadership and don't need experience from a leadership role, but see yourself as a future leader and are driven to lead others. Alternatively, you already have the experience, but not within grocery retail. You're good at communicating, enjoy engaging your colleagues, and are good at creating a positive work environment. You love people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at bringing people along—both customers and employees. If you want to know more about what the role involves, contact Simon Wangel, [email protected]. We'd appreciate it if you send your application as soon as possible, as the position may be filled before the application deadline on 2026-08-19. We only accept applications through our job pages.
