Your Role We are now seeking nursing assistants who want to help our clients remain in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach. The role includes providing care and service assistance in the client's home and managing contact person responsibilities, which means you create continuity and follow up on the client's needs. You may also participate in care planning. Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high demands for accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations. We are also seeking employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year. As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our clients to remain in their home with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism, and presence. We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. We operate 365 days a year. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant and has a professional approach to the profession and client interaction. For this position, we require: • Protected professional title as a nursing assistant issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare • Category B driver's license and driving experience, good cycling experience and willingness to use a bicycle and walk during work • Strong ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the bigger picture of the assignment • Stability and stress resilience, with the ability to handle varying workdays • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Basic knowledge of cooking and household management Experience from home care or similar activities is desirable but not required.
