IT Architect, Client Platform, Collaboration Solutions, Hybrid and Cloud Architecture As an IT architect within Client and Collaboration, you work to develop and manage the architecture within an area that encompasses client platforms, digital meetings, telephony, office support, product lifecycle, and other collaboration solutions. You contribute to creating long-term architectural solutions that support Försäkringskassan's and connected authorities' operations, while meeting high standards for security, stability, and usability. About the position Infectious Disease Department 2/I54 is a collaborative unit where patients with infectious diseases and substance use disorders are treated. The Infectious Disease clinics provide highly specialized care for patients with conditions including hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV, and immunodeficiency diseases. At the Infectious Diseases Operation in Huddinge, there are also two additional infectious disease departments and an infectious disease day care facility. The operation works interprofessionally and has close collaboration between units as well as with other operations within the Acute and Reparative Medicine Theme. As an executive assistant with staffing responsibilities, you work closely with nursing managers primarily at Infectious Disease Department 2/I54 and the nursing manager for the infectious disease clinics. You also maintain close collaboration with other staffing planners within Infectious Diseases. The work includes, among other things individual schedule planning short- and long-term staffing planning administration for new hires management of permissions and credentials assignment as local IT contact personnel administration, such as employment documentation, statistics, overtime, and sick leave invoice handling, purchases, quotes, and orders meeting minutes ongoing dialogue regarding staffing with corresponding functions within Infectious Diseases and other operations within the theme. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 or 07:30–16:00. Remote on-call duty during holidays may occur. Executive assistants cover for each other during vacations and other absences.
