IT Architect, Client Platform, Collaboration Solutions, Hybrid and Cloud Architecture As an IT architect within Client and Collaboration, you work to develop and manage the architecture within an area that encompasses client platforms, digital meetings, telephony, office support, product lifecycle, and other collaboration solutions. You contribute to creating long-term architectural solutions that support Försäkringskassan's and connected authorities' operations, while meeting high standards for security, stability, and usability. You work closely with product managers, other architects, and specialist functions to develop and further develop principles, guidelines, target images, and roadmaps for the area. The role also involves providing support and guidance on architecture matters, ensuring that solutions follow established guidelines, and contributing to developing a modern IT environment where traditional infrastructure works together with hybrid and cloud-based solutions. An important part of the work is ensuring that the architecture functions throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning and development to implementation and operations. You collaborate with multiple parts of the IT organization and contribute to translating architecture into practical solutions that create value for the business. You follow technical developments within the client and collaboration area and contribute with knowledge about new technical possibilities that strengthen the authority's digital workplace. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will be working with us, have high security awareness. We are looking for you who have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be proven equivalent have several years of experience working as an IT architect within IT infrastructure or digital workplace have experience with architecture in larger IT environments, preferably with hybrid and cloud-based solutions have a good understanding of IT security and how security requirements are translated into architecture and design have experience working strategically and tactically with IT architecture in complex organizations act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results are confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations can understand and analyze complex issues have good organizational understanding and can translate this into operations have the ability to gain acceptance for plans and ideas in a successful manner work effectively with others to achieve common goals have good communication skills both verbally and in writing have good knowledge of Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is a merit if you have certification in IT architecture experience with operational work within IT operations or infrastructure experience with Microsoft 365, client platforms, or modern collaboration platforms experience with telephony or meeting platforms experience from public sector work or other large regulated organization.
