Experience working in project teams where coordination has been a central part of the assignment. 3. Valid driver's license (category B). 4. At least three (3) years of documented experience as a project manager for railway projects within general railway with independent responsibility for planning, management, follow-up, and delivery of projects or clearly defined project components. 5. Experience from design and/or construction phases in railway projects. 6. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and requirements in the field. 7. Completed BASÄSKYDD training. 8. At least two (2) reference assignments in a supervisory role that have included the preparation of construction documentation or work in the production phase within at least two of the following technical areas: Switch and track replacement Electrification and contact line replacement Control systems and signals 9. The reference assignments must have included at least 850 working hours per assignment and included documented responsibility for planning, management, follow-up, and delivery. The projects must have had a total budget of at least 100 MSEK per assignment. 10. Completed training in BAS-P and BAS-U. The training must not be older than five (5) years at the time of bid submission. Value-Adding RequirementsExperience in independently working with schedule planning, financial follow-up (budget, actual, and forecast), and risk management in railway projects. Experience working according to established project models such as XLPM, PROPS, PPS, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Experience in construction or production phases in railway projects. Experience coordinating multiple technical areas (BEST) in railway projects. Assignment InformationAssignment Period: Initially 24 months with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 24 months through two separate option periods of 12 months each. Scope: 80-100% of full-time. During October and November 2026, at least 40% utilization is acceptable. During December 2026 and January 2027, at least 60% utilization is acceptable. Location: Linköping or Jönköping. Start: No earlier than 2026-10-12 and no later than 2026-11-01.
