Your Expertise For the position of support assistant, a completed upper secondary education program in children and leisure with a focus on social work/pedagogical work or a care and welfare education with specialization in the disability/psychiatry area is required. Alternatively, you have other education deemed equivalent. You must be fluent in Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension, as a central part of the work is your ability to communicate with citizens and family members, as well as to write documentation and read information related to the work. The work requires physical mobility, as situations may arise that cannot be anticipated and must be resolved in a manner suited to the situation. A category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position.
