Role Description As a traffic manager, you will be part of a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the district's outgoing transports. You receive requests from customers, plan, and contact carriers and partners in the network. You have good control over the market and costs. You work for high quality and take responsibility for ensuring that transports reach their final destination at the agreed time. Your duties consist of frequent contact with customers, carriers, and employees within the company. Our partner carriers are an important part of the work where you play a prominent role in the collaboration. Administrative work occurs daily and continuously in our supporting systems. Your Profile In your background, we would like to see experience from similar tasks or experience from the transport/carrier side. You have high school education and ideally also education in Transport and Logistics or work experience equivalent to such training. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. You are driven, communicative, and goal-oriented. You are interested in logistics and traffic solutions, as efficient solutions are the foundation for successful results. You are comfortable with operational work where high quality is the basis for success and where you put the customer in focus. You have good business sense and a willingness to do business. You are curious to learn new things and enjoy solving problems. You are stress-resistant and solution-focused. You enjoy being part of a team, but also taking your own initiatives and working independently. Sometimes situations require you to support colleagues and temporarily take on new tasks, so flexibility is necessary.
