Administrator/Administratrix, Social and Health Department - Child Protection Services (OSPOD) Agenda

Expected start date: from November 1, 2026 or by agreement, for a fixed-term period of minimum until October 31, 2027, with possibility of extension to an indefinite term. Job Position Description: Administrator of the Child Protection Services Department (OSPOD) provides administrative, record-keeping, and organizational support to the department's professional staff. This position is designated exclusively for OSPOD agenda and does not include the performance of professional social work. Main Job Responsibilities • management and administrative processing of OSPOD case file documentation, • maintenance of primary and supplementary records, • preparation of supporting materials for meetings, inspections, and reporting, • organizational coordination of case conferences, meetings, and other sessions, • creation of protocols, minutes, and records, • preparation of administrative supporting documents for OSPOD correspondence, • monitoring of deadlines, completeness of materials, and document circulation, • archiving and storage of documentation.
