Lansen Omsorg AB is a privately owned care company that provides support, care, and education to individuals with complex behavioral problems to help them achieve more independent lives. We offer supported living services in accordance with LSS §9 9 p1.
Our goal is to enable each individual to live like everyone else.
You understand the service user's physical, psychological, and mental needs and circumstances.
You are familiar with the service user's goals, life purpose, interests, and sources of joy.
You understand, accept, and follow the implementation plan for each individual service user.
You assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and hygiene support.
You support the service user in pursuing their leisure interests.
You ensure the service user's participation and influence.
Skills:
You are a warm and caring person with a genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities. As a person, you are confident and stable, and you understand the importance of a consistent approach based on each individual's needs, interests, and wishes. You are empathetic and collaborate well with various partners. You have the ability to reflect on your own work and seek feedback to continuously develop your approach. You communicate well both verbally and in writing and appreciate order and organization.
Merit factors:
Previous experience working within LSS, as a personal assistant, and working with individuals with disabilities, autism, and challenging behavior.
Knowledge of and experience with low-arousal approaches and structured teaching methods.
