Service Technician & Customer Advisor at Nomus, part of Svenska Foder

We are now recruiting a Service Technician & Customer Advisor for the Västra Östergötland region. You will work closely with customers in agriculture and industry to prevent and solve pest control problems. Through professional conduct and high-quality work, you build long-term relationships and help customers create safe and sustainable operations. No two days are the same. One day you visit a farm and help the customer find preventive solutions; the next day you work with an industrial customer where you analyze needs and recommend the right measures. You plan your work independently while being part of a team where we share knowledge, support each other, and work toward common goals. What you will do Carry out pest control inspections and treatment measures at our customers' facilities Provide advice and recommendations that help customers prevent future problems Build long-term customer relationships through professional and trustworthy interactions Identify customer needs and propose solutions that create value Develop partnerships with both existing and new customers Plan and structure your work in an independent manner Contribute your experience and knowledge to colleagues within the team We believe that you: Enjoy building good relationships with people Are responsible and able to work independently Thrive with planning your own day Are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy learning new things Have a strong customer focus and want to contribute to excellent service See opportunities to develop business by understanding customer needs You may have experience from, for example, service, customer work, agriculture, technical fields, sales, or consulting.
