About the Role As an assembler with us, you will work with the construction and assembly of technical solutions in electrical and automation. The work takes place in our production facilities in Vellinge, in close collaboration with engineers and project managers. You will have an important role in ensuring that our products maintain high quality and are delivered on time. We are seeking a Lead Switchgear Assembler and a Senior Switchgear Assembler with expert knowledge Are you a switchgear assembler who knows your trade inside and out? Do you enjoy building complex solutions where quality and precision are critical? Eltecno is growing, and now we're looking for you to take a key role in our production facility in Vellinge. We are seeking both a Lead Switchgear Assembler and a Senior Switchgear Assembler. About the Roles We are looking for someone who doesn't just "know how to assemble," but who understands the complete picture of switchgear manufacturing. Lead Switchgear Assembler: You have operational responsibility for the department's workflow—from technical drawings to final testing. You handle short-term planning and lead the work on the department. You are expected to have technical expertise equivalent to a Senior Assembler but with expanded responsibility for production efficiency and work environment. Senior Switchgear Assembler: You work independently with qualified assembly of switchgear. You are confident in starting, executing, and completing complex tasks based on technical drawings and take responsibility for quality control and deviation reporting. Your Profile – Experience is Key To succeed in these roles, you must be someone who enjoys technical challenges and has "craftsmanship pride." Experience: You have several years of experience assembling low-voltage switchgear. System Knowledge: We consider it a major asset (and a merit for the lead role) if you have worked with Finelcomp switchgear systems. Technical Competence: You have documented knowledge of low-voltage enclosure design and are very experienced in reading and interpreting technical drawings. IT & Systems: You have good experience with business systems (preferably Monitor). Personality: You are meticulous, responsible, and a team player. As a lead assembler, you are also well-organized and have the ability to prioritize and delegate work under time pressure.
