As Operations and Maintenance Manager, you hold full technical responsibility for the laundry's machinery. You are responsible for ensuring that machines operate optimally and combine strategic maintenance responsibility with active operational work in daily operations. The role includes planning and implementation of both preventive and corrective maintenance in areas such as mechanics, electrical systems, and control technology, as well as participation in procurements where the role is responsible for identifying needs and defining technical and functional requirements for new equipment. You will work closely with production personnel in a varied technical environment where mechanics, electrical systems, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics work together. Our machinery includes industrial washing machines, dryers, mangles, presses, conveyor systems, and a boiler room with associated steam system, which gives you the opportunity to use and develop your broad technical expertise. About You We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in technical operations and maintenance in process industry, laundry, or similar operations, and who thrives in a technically diverse environment. You have post-secondary education in operations, maintenance, automation, or equivalent experience, as well as solid knowledge in mechanics, electrical systems, and control systems. You are experienced working with documentation in maintenance systems. It is a merit if you have experience with PLC troubleshooting, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and blueprint reading.
