Are you our new Edge Press Operator / Punch Operator at our CNC SHEET METAL in Västervik? You will be part of a larger team where you will be responsible for edge pressing of sheet metal parts. Work tasks include: Edge pressing Programming and setup Material handling Drawing reading Measuring techniques In the role, you will primarily work with edge pressing, while you are not afraid to step in where needed within the company and work side by side with your colleagues. The work may also include supplying automatic machines with material, monitoring the processing process, and machine operation and maintenance. High demands are placed on you being thorough, flexible in your work, and able to take in instructions. As a person, you should be willing to get stuck in, you are used to moving around in an industrial environment, and you like getting things done. Our customer works in a changing environment and change will occur continuously. We would like to see that you have a background from the Industrial Program or previous experience as an edge press / punch operator. Great importance is placed on you as a person and understanding of work in a manufacturing industry. Working hours Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00, possibly 2 shifts later Your profile Thorough Structured Have a positive attitude Driven and can take initiative Open to change You read and speak fluent Swedish as work and safety instructions are conducted in Swedish.
