About the Role As a service technician, you will play an important role in our operations by ensuring that our machines and equipment function optimally. You will work on-site at our customers' locations and be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of various types of machines, including elevators, cranes, and vehicle lifts. The role requires a high degree of independence, as you will often work alone at customer sites. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead small teams during assembly projects, which gives you a chance to develop your leadership skills. When there are no assignments to travel to, you will help with production in Vaggeryd. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for a person with the following qualifications: Good ability to diagnose faults and a passion for repairing machines. Very good interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional manner. Basic knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot electrical problems. Basic mechanical competence for troubleshooting and repairs. Preferably experience with service or assembly in relevant areas. Ability to work independently and plan your work effectively. Driver's license category B. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting and repairing machines and equipment on-site at customer locations. Performing scheduled maintenance and service. Planning and organizing your own tasks to ensure efficient workflows. Leading small teams during assembly projects, including planning and coordination. Documenting completed work and reporting to management. Collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
