Your Responsibilities We are looking for self-driven, outgoing, and social individuals who want to guide customers to the right PC gaming products. We're seeking someone with great passion, enthusiasm, and curiosity for everything related to PC gaming and customer interactions. You will handle different types of customers with varying interests, from hardcore gamers to grandparents looking for a birthday gift. So we're looking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing which components you need when building your own computer as explaining the advantages between 60Hz and 180Hz on a monitor. Your responsibilities include: selling products, informing customers about different brands and their products, and ensuring that the displays are in good condition. You will also conduct brief training sessions for store sales staff. Retail Sales Associate at MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex!
We are now looking for more team members for our various stores in the Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Vänersborg areas. As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customer retail chains. You will be assigned to a retail chain and rotate between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for work shifts that suit your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, Lindex, and more. As a sales associate, you participate in all of the store's regular tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, warehouse, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively work with customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as part of a team with your colleagues in the store. Experience/Qualifications According to the collective agreement we follow, it is a requirement that you have another main occupation for at least one year going forward. This can be in the form of studies at least 50%, part-time work at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively being self-employed with active business registration. You have completed upper secondary education You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with direct sales in retail You must be able to work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during daytime per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice You have good language skills in Swedish and English Personal Qualities You are driven and motivated by sales and customer interactions You find it rewarding to work in different stores You are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with colleagues You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule You enjoy working at a fast pace Application We value the qualities that an even age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to our business.
