Job Responsibilities As a teacher of SFI/Swedish as a second language, you are responsible for teaching adult students with various linguistic backgrounds the Swedish language. The goal is to provide students with language skills so they can participate in society and working life, as well as prepare them for further studies. You create an inclusive and language-developing instruction that is based on students' needs and backgrounds. Your main responsibilities will consist of: Plan, conduct, and follow up instruction in Swedish according to the National School Board's curriculum for SFI, and if needed, also Swedish, Swedish/SVA basic level. Differentiate instruction based on students' language levels, educational backgrounds, and needs. Assess and document students' language development and assign grades in accordance with applicable regulations. Collaborate with colleagues in work teams and study and career counselors. Participate in the school's systematic quality work and development initiatives. If needed, conduct assessments of newly arrived students' language levels and needs. Promote integration and intercultural learning in instruction. Recruiting is ongoing. Qualifications Teacher certification with authorization to teach Swedish as a second language (minimum 30 credits), preferably with a focus on adult education. Experience in SFI instruction, knowledge of validation, work-integrated SFI, occupational Swedish, or language-integrated education programs (such as SFI + vocational adult education), as well as additional subject qualifications are merits. Strong digital competence and experience teaching with digital tools. Ability to create a safe, accessible, and inclusive learning environment. As Environmental Department Manager, it is you, together with the Administration Manager and Controller, who strategically lead the work forward. The administration offers a stimulating assignment with close contact with employees. As Environmental Department Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the department's operations, finances, and personnel. You are responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating activities. You drive improvement work in close collaboration with employees and politicians. You are responsible for, among other things, annually preparing and implementing a supervision and control plan based on the legal requirements within applicable legislation. You are responsible for prioritizing the department's resources and providing support to employees in their case handling and quality-assuring decisions made within the department. You are responsible for both operational and strategic occupational health and safety work in collaboration with employees and labor representatives. Qualifications Requirements to be considered for the position: You have an environmental and occupational health education, environmental science program, or equivalent academic education relevant to the position. You have good knowledge of environmental law and administrative law. You have experience in public administration from similar work in other municipalities or authorities and from politically controlled operations. As a leader, you have several years of experience and have demonstrated the ability to drive an operation efficiently toward improvement and goal achievement. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. B Driver's License IT skills in Microsoft Office. It is meritorious if you have: Experience with the Vision business system Experience with business management in Stratsys Education or experience in the food sector.
