We are seeking reliable and responsible personal assistants for an 18-year-old boy. The work requires that you have good personal maturity, are confident in yourself, and can create a safe and predictable environment. As a personal assistant, you will work in the user's home and in everyday situations. Therefore, you need to be comfortable working independently, but also have good collaboration skills. The work involves varying working hours, including days, evenings, and overnight shifts. Requirements: A driver's license and access to a car are required as the workplace is located outside the city center. Previous experience in assistance or care is a plus but not required – we place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position is provided through an established assistance organization. ELLY Personlig Assistans is a personal assistance provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under LSS – the Swedish Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities. We offer flexible solutions with high quality, good accessibility, and great commitment – both for our clients and our employees. We are now recruiting both staff for fixed shifts (7 days on a four-week rotation) and additional staff available as needed. The client is a social person with a strong interest in cars who lives in his own home. The days are varied – some days include more activities, while other days are quieter and spent at home. As an assistant, it's therefore important that you are flexible and comfortable with both active and calm days. Duties: You will be the client's extended arm in everyday life, which means helping with cooking and leisure activities. He needs assistance with various household tasks, personal care, dressing and undressing, exercise/stretching, and transfers. A smoke-free environment during all working hours is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment. Previous experience is not a requirement. More information will be provided at a potential interview.
