As a CNC Operator at Tidamek, you will become an important part of our production team, where you contribute with technical precision and teamwork. You work in an environment where quality and collaboration are in focus. Your responsibilities include:
Operate and maintain your CNC machine, keep your workspace clean and organized.
Read drawings, perform measurements, and ensure that results meet quality requirements.
Perform tool changes and follow given instructions with precision.
Identify and act on deviations, both material-related and behavioral, to ensure high quality.
Offer improvement suggestions and contribute to their implementation.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common production goals – the team before the individual!
