At Europaskolan Rogge, we are seeking an engaged math teacher who is passionate about mathematics and about helping more students succeed in learning. You will become part of the school's special education team that works systematically, goal-oriented, and with clear follow-up on students' knowledge development. We identify needs, plan interventions, follow up on effects, and continuously develop our approach so that more students reach their full potential. This is not a traditional special education position We are not looking for someone who primarily wants to work one-on-one with students. Our assignment is broader than that. We believe that special education support has the greatest impact when it is primarily organized for groups of students and closely connected to instruction. By working that way, support can reach more students while also contributing to long-term development of teaching. Individual interventions can be part of the assignment when needed, but they are not the starting point for how we organize our activities. Of course, you will work closely with students, but the assignment is equally about analyzing needs, coordinating support interventions, and developing instruction together with colleagues. We want the right support to reach the right students, but also for teaching and the learning environment to develop so that more students succeed from the start. For us, special education work is a shared development assignment. That's why we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference at the individual, group, and organizational level and who appreciates working together with teachers, student services, and school leadership. About the position As a math teacher with responsibility for the school's support activities in mathematics, you will have a key role in the school's work with students' knowledge development. You will be responsible for coordinating the school's math support and ensuring that our interventions are based on analysis, structure, and follow-up. The assignment includes both direct student interventions and development of teaching and learning environments. Your work tasks include, among other things: mapping students' needs and analyzing results in mathematics planning, implementing, and following up on support interventions teaching and providing support in groups, smaller settings, and individually coordinating the school's support interventions in mathematics collaborating with teachers on accommodations and special support contributing to the development of accessible learning environments and inclusive teaching supporting colleagues with questions about math didactics and student learning actively participating in the school's systematic quality work We are looking for someone who has education in mathematics for grades 4–9 has special education competence or experience in special education work in mathematics, or alternatively a strong interest in developing within the field has a genuine interest in math instruction and student learning is structured and analytical enjoyed collaborating and building good relationships sees possibilities rather than obstacles wants to develop students, teaching, and operations For us, the person is more important than formal qualifications. Teacher of Technology Grades 7-9 and Wood & Metal Crafts Grades 4-9

At the same time, we are seeking a teacher of wood and metal crafts for a permanent position on a part-time basis. If you have expertise in both areas, there is a very attractive opportunity to combine the assignments into a larger position. About the Positions Teacher of Technology (Temporary 75–80%) You will teach students in grades 7–9 and plan, conduct, and follow up instruction in technology. We offer excellent conditions for teaching with a focus on problem-solving, construction, creativity, and hands-on learning. Instruction is conducted in half-classes in subject-specific facilities, which creates good opportunities to meet students and develop the quality of instruction. Teacher of Wood and Metal Crafts (40–50%, Permanent) You will be responsible for instruction in grades 4–9 and lead student learning through planning, implementation, and follow-up of instruction. Instruction takes place in well-equipped craft workshops where students develop both craftsmanship, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
