We're looking for a driven freight administrator

We're seeking full-time freight administrators as well as additional staff as needed. Scope: Full-time 100%, weekend work/shift - Start: As soon as possible Your main tasks: As an air freight administrator, your role includes data entry of air waybills. The work involves daily contact with airlines and freight forwarders as well as close collaboration with the company's own cargo terminal. · Register and prepare freight documentation and update business systems · Issue air waybills · Ongoing contact with our customers and suppliers via phone and email · Internal communication with the terminal and other departments such as transport and finance · Support other administrators in their work Who are you? We're looking for someone with experience in air freight handling from Arlanda as well as freight forwarder management. You enjoy working at a fast pace and have excellent organizational skills. Computer proficiency is a requirement, and we appreciate if you find it easy to learn new IT systems. As a person, you are a team player and a problem-solver who enjoys taking responsibility and pitching in where needed. Since the work involves significant contact with airlines and freight forwarders, you communicate well both verbally and in writing. You must speak Swedish fluently and English fluently. You are organized and structured, meticulous, and understand the importance of following checklists and routines to ensure quality in your work and to guarantee aviation safety. It's a merit if you have previously worked in the air freight industry, but it is not a requirement. We place high demands on flexibility and strong commitment to the work you perform. We require the following for this position: • Valid three-year upper secondary school diploma • Speak and write Swedish fluently • Speak and write English fluently • Category B driver's license and access to a car Since Arlanda is a security-classified area, you will undergo a background check according to the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations, which includes submitting a criminal record extract, a negative drug test, and providing documentation of your activities over the past 5 years.
