Coordinator for RUT Cleaning Services

Would you like to combine customer contact, planning, and practical work in a varied role? We're looking for a dedicated and organized coordinator who wants to help develop our cleaning operations. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy both administrative tasks and working out at customer locations. About the Position As a coordinator for RUT cleaning services, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating our cleaning assignments while also participating in daily work at customer sites. You'll serve as an important link between customers, staff, and management. The position involves working 1–2 days per week at the office handling planning, customer contact, and administration. The remaining days you'll work in the field performing cleaning assignments at our customers' locations. You'll manage planning for two different areas, Visby and Slite, and be active at both work locations. Responsibilities Plan and schedule cleaning assignments. Manage daily staffing and handle absences. Serve as the contact person for customers and handle bookings, rebookings, and inquiries. Conduct customer visits during meetings and quality follow-ups. Onboard and mentor new staff members. Ensure the company's procedures and quality standards are followed. Administer customer records, schedules, and documentation. Perform cleaning assignments at customer locations as needed. Contribute to developing the business and creating high customer satisfaction. We're Looking for You If You Have experience with cleaning work, preferably in home cleaning or RUT services. Are organized with strong planning skills. Have a professional and service-oriented approach. Enjoy taking responsibility and making your own decisions. Are flexible and solution-oriented. Have good computer skills and can handle administrative tasks. Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Merits Experience in team leadership, coordination, or schedule planning.
