Retail Sales Associate at MQ and Hemtex in Skövde!

We're now looking for more team members who want to work as retail sales associates in our staffing pool for Hemtex and MQ in Skövde. As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for our client's account. You will be assigned to a retail chain and rotate between different stores in the chain as needed. You book your own shifts quickly and easily via our app for the work periods that suit your schedule. As a sales associate, you participate in all the store's regular tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and picking. As a sales associate, you always deliver a great customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as part of a team with your colleagues in the store. Experience/Qualifications According to the collective agreement we follow, it is a requirement that you have another primary occupation for at least one year going forward. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively being self-employed with active business tax registration. You have completed upper secondary education You have previous experience working as a retail sales associate with direct sales in retail You must be able to work at least 2 shifts during weekday daytime per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings You can work irregular hours and can step in on short notice You have good language skills in Swedish and English Personal Qualities You are driven and motivated by sales and customer interactions You find it rewarding to work in different stores You are a team player who thrives in close collaboration with colleagues You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule You thrive working at a fast pace Application We value the qualities that an even age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to our business.
