Job Responsibilities Your task as a residential support worker is to keep the service user in focus. You guide and support individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. You will work to make the individual participate in a functioning everyday life and have meaningful leisure time and/or activities. You will work with service users with various types of functional variations. You will work on planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and evaluating individual interventions as well as the entire operation, both independently and together with others. Qualifications We are seeking a trained nursing assistant who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives. If you have experience working within LSS or education with a focus on LSS, we consider that an asset. We also value experience with low-affective interaction. A driver's license (category B) is an asset for the position. Personal Qualities As a person, you are calm and secure, engaged, and have good self-awareness. You work in a structured and professional manner in collaboration with your work team, supervisor, and other networks. Work Time/Duration The position is permanent at 100% with start date by agreement. A trial period may be applied. Other Information We welcome your application!
