We at Manpower are now looking for two independent and solution-oriented facilities managers for a longer consulting assignment with a government agency in Märsta. Here you will have the opportunity to work with internal services, facilities management, and operational support in an important public sector operation. We welcome your application! Location: Märsta / Arlandastad Start: October 1, 2026 Assignment duration: Consulting assignment until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of a 6-month extension About the facilities manager role As a facilities manager with us at Manpower, you work on-site at a government agency where you are responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly on a daily basis. The role is varied and includes both practical and administrative tasks. You will work closely with internal contacts as well as external suppliers and property owners. Examples of work tasks: Office services and internal services Handling of mail, goods, and deliveries Troubleshooting, fault reporting, and follow-up Rounds and inspection of premises Escorting of tradespeople Administrative work in case management systems Minor repairs and maintenance Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and service-oriented. You thrive in a practical role with varied tasks and have an easy time collaborating with different departments.
