Other: Travel within Sweden may occur About the Assignment As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish. You will function as a consultative support to hiring managers and ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process. Your main responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job specifications and kickoff meetings to offer signing and hiring Ensure professional collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders Work with sourcing, selection, interviews, and candidate assessments Conduct and interpret various assessment tools and tests Provide advice to managers regarding recruitment strategies, market conditions, and candidate availability Follow up on and quality assure recruitment processes What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience in independently owning and driving recruitment processes from start to finish. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education At least 3-5 years of experience in qualified recruitment Documented experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes Experience with various types of personality assessments and assessment tools Experience supporting and guiding hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English It is a plus if you have: Experience with internal/in-house recruitment Experience from industrial or technology-intensive operations Experience recruiting engineers or specialists Personal Qualities We place great importance on personal qualities.
