Seasonal Snow Removal Equipment Operator & Shoveler

About the Job Are you an early riser, have great endurance, and enjoy working outdoors regardless of the weather? Then we have the job for you! We are now hiring both shovelers and equipment operators for snow removal during the winter season. Your Responsibilities As part of our winter team, you will: · Be responsible for keeping roads, walkways, entrances, and parking lots clear of snow and ice hazards. · Shovel snow by hand and sand as needed. · Operate machinery (wheel loader, tractor, or similar) for snow removal if you have the right experience. · Help ensure our customers' environments are safe and secure even during the winter months. Who Are You? To thrive with us, you need to be flexible, stress-resilient, and not afraid to put in the work when needed. Work often takes place during early mornings, late evenings, or on short notice depending on the weather, so you need to be prepared for irregular working hours. Qualifications: · B-class driver's license is a plus. Equipment operator certification is a plus but not required. · Experience operating machinery (wheel loader, tractor, implement carrier) is advantageous. · Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
