As a nurse, you will be primarily responsible for medication management, blood pressure and weight monitoring, documentation, and participation in treatment conferences. Renatusgården is now seeking more dedicated staff members for our rural facility serving adult men and women from age 25. We provide residential care with some 24-hour care services under the Social Services Act (SoL) for people with, among other things, neuropsychiatric disabilities, autism, and intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to create a safe and meaningful everyday life where each individual has the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions. About the Operation Renatusgården consists of two separate buildings and two satellite apartments adapted to different support needs. In the main building, people with greater care needs live in private rooms with close access to staff support. In our apartments, people who are more independent live but who are still offered individually adapted support based on needs and preferences. We work based on: ● Low-stimulation approach ● Clear pedagogical methods ● Motivational interviewing (MI) We believe in respectful treatment, participation, and creating conditions for independence and quality of life. About the Position We are now seeking staff members who want to be part of our team. The work involves varying hours with overnight duty, day shifts, and evening shifts. We have the option to offer full-time or part-time work. We are also interested in temporary staff who can work overnight duty. Renatusgården is an HVH home in Rånäs, Norrtälje municipality, serving adults from 25 years old with psychiatric diagnoses, neuropsychiatric disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and complex support needs. We welcome both women and men and work with the individual in focus, where quality, safety, and sustainability characterize our work. In addition to the HVH operation, we also run a supported housing facility nearby and a day program. As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for all parts and become a key person in our continued development. About the Position As Operations Manager, you lead and develop the operation with a focus on quality, sustainable practices, and good leadership. You work closely with the group leader, who is responsible for daily operations, and support an engaged team consisting of five permanent employees and approximately five hourly staff. The operation also includes a part-time nurse, and you receive support from the company's central functions at headquarters. Your responsibilities include: Lead and develop the HVH, supported housing, and day program. Ensure that the operation complies with applicable laws, regulations, and quality requirements from IVO, the social services, and the Work Environment Authority. Manage personnel, work environment, and operational responsibility. Work actively with marketing and create new placement opportunities when vacancies arise. Build and develop long-term relationships with municipalities and other clients. Participate in trade fairs and other industry activities with the company's coordinator. Work with framework agreements and contribute to the operation's continued growth and development. Good knowledge of applicable legislation and quality work. Experience in leadership or leadership training is a merit.
