About the Assignment We are seeking an interim unit manager for a position as unit manager within IFO – Children and Youth for our client in Dalarna. The assignment covers an initial six months starting in November 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operations and need to be comfortable working within child and youth care services and have experience with authority decisions regarding children and youth. Your Responsibilities As a unit manager, you will, among other things: - Lead and develop operations within IFO Children and Youth. - Manage staff, operations, and budget. - Work with authority decisions regarding children and youth. - Lead development and change initiatives. - Collaborate with schools, regional authorities, police, and other external partners. Your Qualifications - Several years of experience working in child and youth care services. - Experience with authority decisions regarding children and youth. - Experience collaborating with schools, regional authorities, police, and other external partners. - Previous management experience. - Experience with budget, staff, and operational responsibility. - Experience leading development and change initiatives. - Availability to start the assignment in November 2026.
