Our client is an active 7-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, and an intellectual disability. He lives with his mother in Sunne. The boy enjoys being active outdoors, jumping on a trampoline, music, and eating chocolate. As an assistant, you will help the client with personal care, social interaction, and supervision in daily life. An important part of the role is to anticipate and prevent risks, as well as create a sense of security and structure in his day. As an assistant, you need to be empathetic, responsive, and confident in your role. You need to be able to read the boy's signals, adapt to his needs, and contribute to a calm and positive environment. Being clear in your communication is of great importance. Work hours with the client are primarily evening and weekend shifts, but daytime shifts during the week may occur. We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a younger man in Arvika. What does this role involve? Here you will have the opportunity to work together with others to create and maintain a functioning daily life for our client. We are looking for someone who can work on an hourly basis as needed (sick leave and vacations), as well as a person who wants to work on a temporary contract for approximately 50%. The work includes typical assistant tasks, such as support with personal care, household work and activities, such as walks, visits to friends and acquaintances, and other activities outside the home.
