Job responsibilities include supervisory responsibility for local assignments in Nynäshamn and the surrounding area (staffing delivery, contact with both potential colleagues and customers, quality control), providing clear instructions and support to cleaning staff, ensuring staff have the correct work materials, keeping track of cleaning supplies in storage, making purchases of cleaning supplies as needed, reporting discrepancies to the customer manager. In this role, you will also perform some facility maintenance during the workday if required. You are flexible and willing to step into the facility maintenance role yourself when needed to ensure customer delivery. Requirements: You speak good Swedish/English and Russian as the work involves contact with customers and our cleaning staff. A B-category driver's license is a requirement as travel between customers/projects will occur. You live in Nynäshamn or a nearby area. The Role As an Inspection Engineer at Nevita, you will take on a long-term consultant assignment supporting a major industrial client in an active refinery environment. The role is based on-site in Nynäshamn, where you will work full-time as an integrated part of the client's organization, while having Nevita as your employer and professional home.
