Your Experience For this position, you must have: upper secondary education experience working with children/young people with autism and/or intellectual disabilities good ability to express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you also have: experience working in adapted schools experience working in schools, preschools or care and social services, for example as a personal assistant, support assistant or support educator in short-term housing, group homes, day activities or in other activities where you have supported people in need of support upper secondary education with a focus on children and leisure or care and social services relevant education or courses in autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities knowledge of sign communication or other alternative communication methods, such as visual support.
