Job Description Your assignment as healthcare unit manager at Vårdcentralen Lyckorna is to lead, plan, and develop the operation in close collaboration with the operations manager, healthcare unit managers, medical director, and coordinator. In this role, you are responsible for daily management together with your management colleagues. Lyckorna has approximately 70 employees and you will be the immediate supervisor for about 20 of them. The operations manager is the immediate supervisor for all physicians. The healthcare center has approximately 15,750 registered patients. Work Group Vårdcentralerna Borensberg and Lyckorna together comprise approximately 90 employees and have a joint management and collaboration group that you will be part of. Within the operation, there is an open and warm work environment. About You We are looking for someone who has worked in healthcare for several years; it is advantageous if it is from primary care. You have previous management experience; if you have been a manager within Region Östergötland or primary care, that is advantageous. A driver's license is required as the position involves travel, including between the healthcare centers. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Your personal qualities are crucial to succeeding in this role.
