Duration/Working Hours This is a temporary position with flexible start date based on agreement. Shifts are scheduled for evenings, weekends, or as needed. Weekend Extra/Delivery Personnel

We are part of the Swedish bed chain Natt & Co, where each store is run by engaged co-owners who are present in the daily operations. This makes us genuinely personal – we know our customers, we know our products, and we believe in long-term relationships rather than quick sales. Now we're looking for you to become an important part of our team in Luleå – a social, organized, and service-oriented person who wants to combine in-store sales with responsibility for inventory and deliveries. The position involves approximately 2 weekends per month for work in the store and delivery work combined with store work 2-3 weekdays per week. We'd prefer if you're open to working the upcoming summer at approximately 80%. About the role As a Sales Associate with inventory and delivery responsibility, you'll be a central person in our daily operations. You'll meet customers in the store, help them find the right bed, and follow up until the bed is in place at home. You will: -Provide personal advice and guidance to customers in the store -Build relationships – both in the store and when delivering to customers -Be responsible for the inventory – receiving, in and out deliveries, organization and structure -Plan and execute deliveries, including transport, assistance with carrying, and basic assembly We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is genuinely service-oriented, and likes to maintain order and take responsibility.
