Site-Coordinator HVDC Service

The opportunity HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC - Experienced electrical design engineer

The Electrical Valve Design department is a part of Hitachi Energy HVDC Products in Ludvika. We as a department are globally responsible for electrical design and requirements of semiconductors based HVDC and SVC valves. HVDC valves are used to convert AC to DC, and vice versa, and are essential for HVDC power transmissions. SVC valves are used in SVC systems, to support and stabilize AC systems. We also are responsible for designing digital optical instrument transducers. These are state of the art and compact current measuring instruments suited specifically for HVDC applications. These current measuring instruments are used in different parts of an HVDC system, such as measuring the valve current to protect it against overcurrents and earth faults. It is also used for measuring harmonics and filter supervision. The Electrical Valve Design department in Sweden consists of 38 employees including the managers. We also have electrical design departments in India and China, who we work in close collaboration with. Our department is not only responsible for tenders and project deliveries, but also for productification of new valve solutions, life cycle management and provide technical support in upgrades & service projects. Project Documentation Manager

The opportunity We are seeking a Project Documentation Manager to join our global project documentation team at HVDC. In this role, you will be responsible for Project Documentation Management in HVDC projects. You will be part of a project core team reporting directly to the Project Director. You are expected to ensure compliance with requirements and processes, while also monitoring and controlling the progress of documentation deliverables in the project. Additionally, you will coordinate with Project Document Control resources located in various global locations. Our department consists of other Project Documentation Managers, each working in HVDC EP/EPC tenders and projects.’ How you’ll make an impact Establishing processes for documentation management based on the HVDC base processes and adapted to fit contract requirements. Provide project team members with training and support to enable them to successfully follow the processes in the project. Controlling customer contracts and specifications, managing the requirements, calculating risks, making cost calculations and doing cost follow-up. Preparing reports and presentations related to project documentation, and monitoring documentation progress e.g. review and approvals, planned deliverables in accordance with agreed time-schedule, etc. Managing alignment with project team, suppliers and 3rd parties to agree on standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, etc. Making strategic decisions and prioritizing based on big picture analysis Your background A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the function Work experience as Lead Document Control, Project Manager, or similar, is available from your previous positions. Proficient computer skills and experience from any document management system are advantageous. You are responsive, customer-oriented and can see opportunities in your work. Vi utför akut- och förebyggande underhåll hos vår kund Hitachi Energy och arbetar även med att hjälpa kunden att bibehålla och effektivisera maskinprestandan på deras anläggningar  Om tjänsten: I rollen som underhållstekniker inom mekanik får du genomföra löpande arbete för akut- och förebyggande underhåll.
