We are now seeking you to take on an important role in design and preparation – and someone who is passionate about quality. You contribute by supporting project managers and the organization through reviewing, quality-assuring, and further developing technical solutions. With your expertise, you function as a reliable and knowledgeable partner who ensures that projects maintain the right standard, follow guidelines, and are practical to implement.

You work with projects in both local and regional networks 0.4-145kV, which gives the role exciting breadth.
About the Role
In this role, you work with design and preparation within local and regional networks, while also supporting the review and quality assurance of already developed solutions. You function as a gatekeeper toward project managers and contribute to ensuring that projects maintain the right technical standard, follow guidelines, and are feasible.
It is a role with significant personal responsibility, where you organize your own work.
You become part of a team consisting of both project managers and planners where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. Your contact network in this role is extensive and includes both internal and external stakeholders. We work in the NIS system dpPower.
Your Main Responsibilities
Design and preparation of power grid projects within local and regional networks
When needed, review of technical solutions and documentation from other designers/planners
Function as technical support and sounding board for project managers
Ensure that projects comply with applicable standards, requirements, and guidelines
Contribute to improving work methods and quality in deliverables
Participate in the team's collective development and knowledge sharing
Requirements
We are seeking someone who:
Holds a YH (vocational college) or university degree in electrical power, energy engineering, or electrical engineering
Has experience in design/preparation within power grids
Has good knowledge of local and/or regional grids
Is confident in reviewing and quality-assuring others' work
Has a structured approach to work and an eye for detail
Enjoys working in a role where you collaborate and support others
Is reliable and builds trust
Communicates clearly and has the ability to provide constructive feedback
The position requires communication skills in writing and speaking in Swedish
