Then the position of treatment pedagogue focused on school activities at SiS Youth Residential Care Margretelund is a meaningful challenge for you. In this role, you provide security for youth and staff during school hours, ensuring you're available to create a good, safe, and supportive learning environment. You are responsible for student class changes, coordinate and lead unit staff in school based on teaching and student needs, and play an important role in motivating students to attend school. Together with other school staff, you are also responsible for maintaining order and study quiet during lessons and breaks. As a new employee, you will complete SiS basic training for 10 weeks. The training combines theory with guided introduction and equips you for the treatment role within SiS operations. You help ensure that departmental routines function properly. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our youth, and you form the foundation of daily life activities such as schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You contribute to maintaining order and security at the institution according to our established procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure our youth receive the safety and security they need to break established patterns of behavior.
